Warranty
ATS products are designed for racing use. As such, if the installment is impossible due to the broken or damaged parts, the new parts will be supplied free. After the installment and the first use, however, there will not be any warranty. Also once the product is used or installed, there will not be any full refund for that product.

ATS racing products are designed and manufactured with the performance as the primary goal. Noise level and the ride comfortableness are sometimes compromised to achieve the objective. ATS products are not replacement for OEM parts. Some of the ATS products might require modification for the installment.
Return
Returning the product sold by PPI has to be authorized by us and must be requested within 2 month after the purchase. A returning product will be subjected to a $35.00 re-stocking fee. If a product is installed or used in anyway, it cannot be returned. Any returning shipping must be paid by the buyer him/her self. Carbon clutches are custom made based on your order. Unless there are fitting problems due to ATS's fault, we will not accept any return.
Sales tax
PPI collects California State sales taxes. In case a customer is located anywhere in California or the shipping address is in California, PPI will add the correct tax on the order. All overseas customers will be responsible for possible import duties or border taxes.
